It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Chairman, Alfred John Salvino. A proud U.S. Army veteran and University of Notre Dame graduate, Al lived with integrity, resilience, and heart. He was a devoted husband to his wife Carole for 61 years, a loving father of four, and a proud grandfather of fifteen.

Over his remarkable 60-year career in financial services, Al dedicated his life to building a family and a firm rooted in service, results, and care for others. He often reminded us: “Rich people have money, but Wealthy people have money, time, and Values.” His vision for Performance Wealth was clear—to create a place independent of Wall Street where every client is treated like family. Al’s faith, high standards, and commitment to excellence shaped all who knew him.
